| Hinowagakure no Sato Visitor Rules While visiting Hinowa there are several rules you must be made aware of to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible, as well as allowing you to know what you can and cannot do within the borders of the country.
- You are capable of doing D and C rank Hinowa missions without permission. Complete the missions and turn them in as you would any other.
- If you wish to do missions that are B rank or higher you must get specific permission from the Rakuenkage beforehand; and if needed you may have to have a Hinowa-shinobi as a partner depending on the difficulty and your characters own ranking.
- Training is, of course, more than welcome just ensure they are done in the appropriate places.
- Any thread you're in can be entered into at any time by the Rakuenkage, or Hinowa ANBU members regardless of their tag.
