I actually just had a talk with Raijin a bit ago clearing up some things he didn't know; and one of them was that the current 'Rouge' group won't be the group for actual criminals. It's the group for Wanderers and non-affiliated ninja/civilians/merchants/etc that have no criminal records and aren't wanted by any village or country. The actual Missing-Nin/Criminal group will be released with the Missing Nin guidelines, hopefully in the next day or so. Otherwise, processed. | |

I also need my freebie jutsu modded, as well as Doton D - B training and Ninjutsu D - B training. All of that can be found in my Jutsu Registry. All of the jutsu come directly from the library. | |

When you edit/modify anything in your registries, please edit the original post. This is so that we're not having to hunt through pages of edits and such to find what's being worked on. I would suggest that you look around at other people's registries and such so that you can get a better idea of how we have things set up; so that you're not having to constantly go back and change things before any of your stuff is looked at. | |

Okay, before this goes any farther, I need to explain something to you. Kage Permission, Staff Permission, and Jounin test are NOT the same thing. It is three separate things you must pass to get the rank up. You can get Kage permission, but not get the others. That SS Mission is NOT a Jounin Test. It is not even close to the difficulty of a Jounin (S) Test. I can tell you right now that you'll need a second admin's approval to get that part of the requirement filled, and right now, no admin is going to give you approval because of three things: 1) your specs/elements are woefully inadequate for an S-rank ninja 2) your stat are extremely underlevel 3) you are massively short on your required post numbers I'm not trying to be an ass; I apologize if it comes off as such, but you need to understand this. Just finishing that mission isn't enough. You need to understand that it's not just 1 admin/1kage saying 'yeah sure whatever' and boom, done. /All/ requirements must be met. You will have met 1, if Sam approves that mission. You need a lot of work to get the other two. I'm sorry; but I've said this before. We do not make exceptions for one person, unless we plan on making them for everyone. | |
