Strength training. Speed didn't mean much of anything without the strength to run through a potential opponent. Kinzoku, a manipulator of heavy metals, had always been a bit on the strong side, but now it was time to kick it up a notch and hulk out. He'd recently developed the ability to convert his metal into pig iron, which was a step up from bronze. It was stronger, more durable, and heavier. This would play well into his weight training.

Kinzoku had his arms coated in pig iron. He had a set of weights behind his 1 roomed apartment, with other weights beside it to make heavier once lifting became easier. He decided to begin with repetitions of 10, and increase the reps and the weight as time went by. Kinzoku lifted the weight bar. He brought it down inches above his chest, then lifted it until his arms were totally extended. He brought it back down inches above his chest, then lifted it until his arms were totally extended.
