Okay, you'll need to check the updated jutsu rules, the durational cost for C-Rank is now 10 per post, not 5.

Iron Fist needs a damage reduction. Steel release or not, it's overpowered for the damage balance on site. C- rank can crack large bones, but only break small ones. You'll get mild internal bleeding, not major. The bruising and pain is fine.

Iron Stick is approved, however you can only take it if you have the freebie tokens to cover the ranks. If you don't, you'll have to train it, or wait until you do.

We've made a new tai library with the canon techs. Grab those, since these are the same jutsu with changed names.

Okay, I'm real iffy on allowing this, as its basicly a free 'in-battle' use of Body Flicker. I'm going to break this down as I see the problems with it.

First off, this will not be allowed as maintainable. Thats just begging to be abused and spammed in a fight. If we allow this, its going to be a one post duration with at least a five post cooldown.

This is going to require a set SPD and/or REA difference between you and your opponent to use. For example, If your opponent has A-2 SPD/REA, you yourself must have at least S-2 SPD [a one rank difference] to be able to pull this off. Remember, here a persona's perception ability is tied to thier REA stat. The higher thier REA, the better they are able to read thier surroundings and react. A person with a high enough REA WILL render this technique useless against them as they will almost instantly know that this is a false image.

Seeing as you state that this allows a person to move swiftly, you're going to need to state how much it boosts the SPD stat in the moment its used than normal movement. Bump again when you've made the changed.

When was this approved, and by whom? You're missing required information here; it has to be stated anytime that a jutsu can boost damage and such that it cannot boost above S-Rank. I can understand stopping the initial damage from Suiton and Fuuton, but you have to keep in mind that you can still drown/suffocate in relation to Water and Wind.

Zen Mode Re-Bump

Zen Mode was never officially approved

I figured i'd just turn everything in at once, the jutsu and the training, instead of apping the jutsu and having to wait 12-13 hours or an entire day to have it modded, then turning in the training and having to wait another 12-13 hours or another entire day before it's approved

As i've already used this method before and no one complained, I didn't think it would be an issue

You seem to be missing a core weakness with steel release. Yes, Katon will do more damage to steel release, but Raiton is also a weakness, as metal conducts electricity. Raiton would pass straight through the steel as if it were not there, dealing damage as normal for its ranking.

Description: It is a gunshot-like attack which uses Iron Sand hardened into minuscule grains to attack simultaneously across a vast range. The bullets are so fast that they are difficult to see. After clotting together Iron Sand into countless small lumps, Kinzoku uses them to attack an enemy from every direction. Because all the sand lumps are controlled by chakra, it is possible to commence an attack without any blind spots. The moment the user has finished preparing the attack, (Lasting 1 post) evading it becomes extremely difficult. If interrupted while preparing, the user must start again. Using the repellent force of magnetism, the speed of the bullets is rapidly increased after they are shot. Furthermore, the user can also use an attack pattern where the Iron Sand bullets are shaped into sharp needles, increasing their ability to wound or kill the opponent. Since the Iron Sand has a magnetic force (and can be also drenched in poison), defending against this technique is almost impossible. This technique is especially threatening to puppet users, since the puppets can be rendered immobile if the Iron Sand gets lodged into their joints. (Chakra Cost: 25)

Description: After wrapping an opponent with Iron Sand with either Iron Binding Coffin or Iron Drizzle, Kinzoku will cause the Iron Sand to implode and crush whatever is within it. When used to kill a person, the death is so quick that there isn't even time for the victim to feel any pain. The pressure also produces a sizeable fountain of blood. Kinzoku can control the pressure used in the attack, which allows him to either break bones or completely liquefy an opponent. (Chakra cost: 25)

Description: Kinzoku can manipulate his Iron Sand into doing anything he can imagine, at the cost of 1 complete post to be used as preperation. It serves for a variety of functions. He can create “hands” and “arms” out of Iron Sand, and use them to either attack, or defend attacks up to A-rank and lower. Kinzoku can cause the Iron Sand to travel underground and mix with the minerals to create more Iron Sand, or to set up sneak attacks. The longer the preparation, the more powerful the attack. (Chakra Cost: 25, with an additional 25 per post when creating more Iron Sand)

Description: Kinzoku causes a considerable quantity of Gold Dust to erupt from beneath the surface, by placing both of his palms onto the ground directly in front of him, before manipulating the resulting substance into a wave of tidal proportions. 2 to 3 posts are needed to gather and manipulate the required amount of Gold, and Kinzoku is stll left free to attack or defend during the process. (Chakra Cost: 30)

Description: The Iron Sand Gathering Assault is a technique which gathers a great volume of Iron Sand and compresses it into a high-density shape.
Usage
This technique greatly increases the hardness, creating a gigantic steel-like weapon in an instant. The weight and size of these shapes are so great, they can easily shatter bedrock and break through most defenses with one hit.
Because the weapon is made out of Iron Sand, the shape can be whatever the user wants, and can even be changed during the fight. This allows the user to create the best weapon for the fight, by taking into account the opponent's abilities and the surrounding environment. Since the Iron Sand generates a strong magnetic field, the opponent cannot use any metal weapons or tools. (Chakra Cost: 30)

Description: A simple jutsu, Kinzoku creates a dome of iron sand slightly taller than he is, in a 3 meter radius around him. The dome is capable of protecting him from all attacks of his rank or lower while maintained, with attacks at the same rank as the dome creating a momentary opening through which a followup may be launched before the dome reforms itself on Kinzoku's post if maintained. This jutsu also intensifies Kinzoku's magnetic field, and any metallic assaults on the barrier will result in the weapon(s) being launched back at their point of origin with the same speed they struck the dome, and melee weapons will be ripped from the hands of the owner and thrown roughly 5 meters from the barrier.
