Personality: He is usually a laid back person and isnt easily angered. But when pushed to far, Kotetsu's personality can resemble his chakara nature of lightning. Meaning he will be swift and violent. Other wise he is a care free person that loves to mock people and act like a mischievous kid yet when it comes to serious business as in missions, he has been noted to act very mature for his age.
