The heavier the rainfall, the easier it is to track an opponent, the lighter the rainfall, the more time it will take. The droplets make the user aware of spatial sense and so without being in direct eyesight, the user can determine specific stimuli from movement as a result of something natural like air/wind.

- The range of this technique is excessive for a D rank jutsu even if the amount of rainfall changes. What you could do is make this a jutsu with different ranges at different rank. The average range for a D rank jutsu is about 15 meters.

- This is a good start for a genjutsu, but I'm not sure you'll want it as a separate jutsu as you'll need to post this coupled with whatever jutsu you want your opponent to be caught in doubling your chakra usage. Usually the catalysts are part of the genjutsu.

- So... the mirage is essentially a clone? A simple mirage like this would probably be designated a a genjutsu if it's used to make the opponent think that they're fighting (the mirage attacking and defending) something as mirages aren't physical.

- Gonna say no to pulling water out of opponents bodies, as this would be severely painful because the human body is mostly water and would definitely need medical ninjutsu to initiate. Ground, air, materials and even plants are fine. But no to humans or animals.

It made sense when I was making it, but it doesn't after i reread it. Besides, it's too similar to Azure Stream. So, I'm fully replacing Mizu no Ugoki with Rokku

I actually meant this to deflect projectiles and weapons, but thanks. I'll change it to include jutsu as well. ^_^

Double the chakra usage is okay as I want this to be able to be coupled with any genjutsu that I have.

Well, it's more of a perception thing (which i get can fall under genjutsu as well) but the user has to physically do things in order to make this seem real. The main difference between this and lets say a water clone, is that the purpose behind this technique is to hide the true position of the user, as the user would be a few meters away from where the opponent thinks he is.

While 70% of the human body is made of water, i was more referring to the water lost due to sweat. I can make that clearer in my description and I can have the desired fatigue effect without the pain or medical knowhow needed to initiate, seeing as the effects can be reversed just by drinking water

Name: Rokku

You need your element and range filled in. Duration would have to be either a chakra drain, or a set amount of posts. You can't have something that's D-rank last like that; it would either have to be a scaling rank jutsu itself, or MUCH higher rank. Otherwise, this isn't bad.


Go Kibo no Usu Kabe

Abolutely not, at D-rank. This would be scaling, to be able to effect ANY rank of weapon/jutsu/etc of those ranks. A jutsu cannot effect items and jutsu of higher rank than itself in this way.


Ame no Tsuiseki

You wouldn't have anything close to that level of perception from a D-rank jutsu. Talk to Jai about this one, he'll be able to give you the appropriate effects for a jutsu like this.

Sakkaku no Ame

Is this basically a guarenteed genjutsu trigger? As in, anyone caught by the controlled rain is automatically caught; within the rules of the genjutsu escape guidelines. How many people at a time can be effected by this?


Water Release : Shinkiro

So this is... basically just you using the natural effects of water bending light to create an illusion jutsu? How large of an area of water do you need to make this work? Are we talking being in a river/pond/lake, or can you create essentially an above ground ball of water for this? The duration doesn't make sense. Is it one post, 5 posts, or can it last UP TO 5 posts, at which point it needs to be a chakra drain duration.

See above for duration. You realize that outside of basically bloodbending the water out of someone, you can already gather the water you need for jutsu this way, right? As for pulling water from other living animals/humans/chakra beasts/etc, how much, how close do you need to be, and how fast as you gathering it? You also seem to have this jutsu repeating itelf

Description: This technique can only be used if the user is covered in water. The technique takes advantage of the way natural sunlight is manipulated and bent by water and by being soaked, submerged or otherwise covered in water, a mirage of the user is created, hiding the true position of the user. The user can control the distance of the mirage to the actual user (0-5m) but the mirage will copy the users movements in every way until it is dissipated. If the user is submerged in water, the mirage can be up to 5 meters, if it is raining moderately to heavily, the mirage can be up to 3 meters. If it is raining lightly, or if the user is simply soaked, the mirage can be 1 meter away.

Description: Genjutsu that activates by the destruction of a water clone and having the water splashed upon the opponent. For 3 posts, the opponent will believe they are submerged in water, with the waters surface visible, but the more they struggle, the farther away it seems. If the opponent spends the full 3 posts drowning, they will develop a morbid fear of water for an additional 5 posts and will usually see the user of this technique as a water demon (the demon changes based on the opponents individual fear, each opponent will usually see something different). If the rank of this technique is increased, so will it's effects. The technique can last for up to 5 posts at a higher rank and an opponent lasting all 5 posts can die as the mind believes it is drowning. It will also have a cool down of 7 posts if the rank is increased.
