However, while using this skill, the user must remain still.

4 C Rank Freebie Techniques 2/4:

Steel Armor you could take as a duration chakra drain, giving it a MUCH longer usability. That's up to you, though. If you go that route, change it to -5 chakra per post for the duration, and the cooldown to Duration + 3. +/- 1 tier or rank to the stats?

Intrusion is a bit overpowered for D-rank. You have too many spikes, and because you're not stating otherwise, it is assumed you can pierce the full length of the spikes into the body, which is a no for that size at that rank. Elaborate a bit?

Arrow Creation would be a scaling rank jutsu, by the way you have it written. Change the rank to D-S, and make sure to include that no matter the rank of the metal, the projectiles created can only do the damage appropriate for their specific ranking, and that the user MUST use all projectiles created in a batch before making more.

Shrapnel would do better as just a generic mist of metal shavings and the like; by making it full blown projectiles you've overpowered it; anything large enough to be considered a projectile limits the number you can create at D-rank, and that number is very low (6 or less).

Shadow Arrow cannot be D-rank. Anything that requires the use of a true shadow clone, or is a derivative of it, must be B-rank or higher. Elemental clones are C-rank and higher. A D-rank clone would be intangible and have no substance, therefore unable to do any damage. You might as well just fire two arrows at the same time.

Steel Release: Ants doesn't work at D-rank. That's two complex of a sensory skill for the rank. This would be more like B-rank, unless you can elaborate more on just how much information and how clear it would be.
